The World Snooker Tour in Riyadh is lining up some serious star power, with legends like Ronnie O’Sullivan, Mark Allen, John Higgins, Mark Williams, Ding Junhui, and Zhao Xintong all set to compete. Joining them on the green baize are Saudi talents Ziyad Al Qabbani and Ayman Alamri, who’ll make their tournament debut in front of a home crowd.
At just 15 years old, Saudi junior champion Ziyad Al Qabbani is already making waves. Set to face off against snooker icon Shaun Murphy, he’s been training daily with support from the Ronnie O’Sullivan Snooker Academy. “It’s a dream to play against the greats,” he shared, adding that this experience is a huge step toward his goal of competing with the world’s best.
