The first-ever Riyadh Air flight is set to depart from King Khalid International in the capital city and land at another capital city. London’s Heathrow, one of the busiest airports in the world.

The inaugural flight’s Boeing 787-9 aircraft has been named Jamila and will take to the skies on Sunday, October 26 at 3.15am. The return flight from London will touchdown in Riyadh at 7.15pm.
That is not all though, the Riyadh to London and London to Riyadh route is set to get daily flights from the airline.

Tickets for the Indigo airline’s London flight have been made available to the airline staff and the owners, Public Investment Fund.
The aforementioned daily flights will also offer first opening seats to select groups and the Riyadh Air team. These flights are all about perfecting operations before the airline officially welcomes its first Boeing aircraft. They’ll even make use of Riyadh Air’s brand-new slot at London Heathrow, giving the team a real-world runway to fine-tune every detail before the big launch.
