Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s global portfolio, has announced the launch of its new vision and complete brand identity transformation, reintroducing the brand with a bolder, more contemporary direction following the successful global debut of Pullman xChange in Dubai.
This milestone marks a new chapter in the brand’s legacy, which dates back to 1859, redefining the hotel as a dynamic social stage that reflects the rhythm, mindset, and curiosity of today’s modern traveler.
The new Pullman experience

Since its beginnings, the hotel brand has redefined the way people travel and connect. Today marks a new chapter shaped around exchange as the heart of the experience.
A key signature of the brand’s new identity is the Pullman Portal، an architectural feature inspired by the railway tunnels that shaped its early story.
Each Portal appears differently from one property to another while maintaining a unified visual signature across the global network.
- First installation now open: Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers
- Upcoming installations: Pullman Perth Airport and Pullman Hamilton
- Global rollout: Additional Portals will be introduced gradually as renovation programs progress across the network.
Meeting and event spaces have also been reimagined to offer greater flexibility، transforming seamlessly from a keynote hall to a creative studio or an artistic showcase، creating environments that encourage open interaction and spark new ideas.
Where service is designed around people

Over the past 18 months, Pullman has introduced a new training program for its teams, built around emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and genuine human connection.
Around 60% of the brand’s 20,000+ team members have completed the program so far, with the remaining employees set to finish their training in 2026.
The goal is to deliver a style of service that blends professionalism with authentic warmth.
Pullman xChange: Where vision meets legacy

From 13 to 14 November 2025, Pullman Dubai Downtown transformed into a vibrant, interactive forum that brought together entrepreneurs, creatives, and thought-leaders for workshops, artistic performances, and conversations exploring the future of creativity under the theme:
“Build What Outlasts You.”
The event was developed in partnership with House of Beautiful Business as part of a three-year collaboration aimed at fostering meaningful dialogue at the intersection of art, technology, and work.
Notable speakers included:
- Abdulaziz AlJaziri – Deputy CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation
- Hannah Critchlow – Neuroscientist
- Elaine Kasket – Cyberpsychologist
- Adib Dada – Architect
Looking ahead, Pullman xChange will continue its global journey in Europe, Asia, and South America throughout 2026.

“Pullman’s transformation marks a bold step into the future, as we reimagine the hotel as an open space for exchange, dialogue, and creativity.”

Inside Accor’s vision for Saudi Arabia
During Destination KSA’s exclusive interview with Benoît Racle, Global Brand President, Premium Accor, he spoke candidly about the brand’s deep connection to Saudi Arabia and its long-term vision for the Kingdom’s hospitality landscape.
“We cannot grow in Saudi Arabia without training people to work in hotels,” he explained, noting that the future of the brand in the region depends on nurturing local talent. “We are here not only to build hotels, but to help grow the next generation of Saudi talent in hospitality.”
Racle emphasized that Accor’s relationship with the Kingdom is rooted in trust and long-standing commitment.
“Growing in Saudi Arabia starts with building trust and we are fortunate to have a truly trusted relationship between Accor and the Kingdom,” he said. “Saudi Arabia is not new to us; our CEO visits very often, and our presence here comes from commitment, not coincidence.”
His words capture the group’s evolving role in the region: not just as a hotel operator, but as a partner in shaping the future of Saudi hospitality.
