The lush property is the latest hotel to be added to the ever-growing hospitality portfolio of the oasis town.
Not only is the historic town set to be one of the first places to welcome an Autograph Collection hotel in the Kingdom, it will also be opening doors to one of the more unique properties.
The new AlUla hotel is celestial-inspired location that was first announced back in 2023.
Part of Saudi Vision 2030, an ambitious drive to move away from petroleum based economy, the hotel will bring its signature comfort and luxury to AlUla.
Spread across 22,635sqm, the NUMAJ Autograph Collection AlUla hotel will be located in central AlUla and offer over 200 rooms and suites.

NUMAJ isn’t just a place to stay—it’s where heritage, nature, and stargazing vibes collide. Named after Nu Ursae Majoris, a star once used in Arabian navigation, NUMAJ nods to the past while pointing to new beginnings. Its Arabic name, “the first leap,” says it all: this is a destination about discovery, wonder, and looking up.
Dreamed up by GioForma, NUMAJ is designed as a “tapestry of the land”—think mashrabia patterns, carved stone, and earthy tones, all flowing with AlUla’s natural rhythm. It’s stylish, soulful, and seriously sustainable, with LEED Gold goals to back it up. Basically, it’s where stargazing meets eco-chic.

We have already mentioned that the property will be in central AlUla, but where exactly? It will stand all tall and pretty right next to the AlUla Museum and opposite the Farmer’s Market.

The Kingdom is preparing to welcome some fantastic properties in the coming years including (but not limited to) AAMALA Nammos, the first-ever Nammos outside of Greece. NEOM’s The Line has also revealed the hidden marina while Armani residences have been unveiled by the Diriyah Company. The capital city is about to painted red with the Red Palace opening next year.
