This exciting initiative invites chefs and food entrepreneurs to push the boundaries of cuisine, offering locals and visitors an immersive food experience that blends creativity, culture, and sustainability.

JAX Flavors
JAX Flavors is more than just a food event. It is a platform for emerging and established chefs to experiment, showcase, and connect with new audiences.
From artisanal bakeries and street food innovations to zero-waste concepts and full-service dining, the program welcomes a wide range of culinary ideas. Chefs selected to participate will have the opportunity to operate in a vibrant, dynamic environment while coinciding with major art, music, and fashion events across the JAX District.
Priority is given to concepts that emphasize regional authenticity, sustainable sourcing, storytelling around ingredients, and operational readiness.

The event takes place in the heart of Diriyah, at the JAX District, situated near the UNESCO World Heritage Site of At-Turaif.
JAX Flavors dates
Chefs and food entrepreneurs have until Monday, September 15, 2025, to submit their applications. Once selected, concepts will operate for periods ranging from 2 to 6 months, giving participants plenty of time to engage with audiences and experiment with their offerings while major events take place across the district.
What to expect at JAX Flavors
Beyond the food itself, the event extends the creative placemaking of the JAX District into the culinary world. It is designed to foster community connections, spotlight responsible sourcing, and give chefs a platform to showcase innovative ideas.
