Saudia, the Kingdom’s beloved carrier, has been soaring the skies from its home base in Jeddah since day one. Formerly known as Saudi Arabian Airlines, the national airline connects travelers to over 100 destinations across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America. With major hubs in Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport and Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport (which it plans to move from by 2030), Saudia keeps the world within reach. The airline also ramps up charter flights during Ramadan and Hajj, ensuring smooth journeys for pilgrims. And here’s a fun fact, Saudia became the first Gulf carrier to join a major global alliance when it teamed up with SkyTeam in 2012.
