Want to update your Absher photograph but do not have time to do it? Good news for you because one of the four new Absher services will allow you to do just that.
One of the most important applications on your phone, Absher’s new services were launched by the acting Director General of Passports, Maj. Gen. Dr. Saleh Al-Murabba.
According to the Saudi Gazette, the services were activated on Thursday, February 12.
The digital platform offers over 350 services and facilitates 24/7 access to services for passports, traffic, and civil affairs, supporting Saudi Vision 2030’s digital transformation.
New Absher services 2026
With more than 350 e-services and more than 25 million digital IDs among its beneficiaries, the Absher platform is regarded as one of the top platforms for offering e-services to users. Absher was established in 2010 with the intention of offering residents and citizens integrated digital services. Through the Absher app and Absher Business, which are accessible on Apple, Android, and Huawei devices, users were able to deploy their services on their smart devices at any time and from any location, making it easier to complete procedures online.
Four New Absher services
the four new services made available are,
- Updating an expatriate photo
- Canceling a dependent’s commercial registration
- Separation of dependent
- Travel service at the Salwa border crossing
