Set to open on July 1, 2025, the hotel is now accepting reservations starting April 1, 2025. Located in the historic Shibaura district, Fairmont Tokyo will offer stunning views of Tokyo Bay and the Tokyo skyline, blending modern design with elegance.

The hotel will occupy the top floors of the ‘BLUE FRONT SHIBAURA’ South Tower, from the 35th to the 43rd floor. Guests can enjoy panoramic views of Tokyo Bay and Tokyo Tower, all while being just 13 minutes from Haneda Airport and six minutes from both Tokyo and Shinagawa stations. Its location allows visitors to enjoy the calm of the Shibaura district, with its picturesque canals, while being close to Tokyo’s vibrant city center.
As part of its grand opening, Fairmont Tokyo is offering hotel credits worth JPY 10,000 per room, per night, for reservations made between April 1 and July 24, 2025. Guests can use these credits for stays between July 1 and September 30, 2025.
Fairmont Tokyo will feature 217 rooms spread over floors 36 to 42, with spacious layouts ranging from 52 to 278 square meters. Each room is designed with traditional Japanese elements, including “Engawa” inspired seating areas and calming natural materials like sen wood, quartzite stone, and brass accents. The hotel’s bathrooms will feature natural stone textures and Le Labo bath products.

For guests looking for an extra touch of luxury, the Fairmont Gold floors will offer an elevated experience with exclusive access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge, which serves breakfast, refreshments, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and late-night snacks. Premium suites such as the Presidential Suite, View Suite, and Shibaura Suite come with bespoke furnishings, curated artwork, and access to the Fairmont Gold Lounge.
