Perfect for mid-week togethers, power lunches, or a leisurely weekday lunch with loved ones, Il Baretto Riyadh has unveiled its new business lunch menu. Crafted by Executive Chef Alex Simone, the menu is inspired by the produce and cuisine of Italy’s diverse regions and champions seasonal ingredients to create a dolce vita-inspired dining occasion, with a winter twist.
Available for SAR135 for two courses and SAR70 for one course, Sunday to Thursday, the new menu takes the best of Italy’s culinary traditions and incorporates both seasonal and local Saudi ingredients. Split into four dining moments, guests have the freedom to choose what they want, from authentically Italian antipasti and handmade pasta to a nourishing salad and comforting main.
New antipasti dishes include Tartare di Salmone, served with zingy lemongrass caviar. At the same time, handmade pasta additions include Tagliatelle ai Funghi, made with comforting wild mushrooms, and the timeless Penne all’Arrabbiata – served in a spicy tomato sauce. Ideal for the cooler winter months, the new business lunch menu also features a new Braised Short Rib addition (for SAR40 supplement) – rich and satisfying and guaranteed to set diners up for the day. Other business lunch favourites include the classic Chicken Caesar Salad, Beef Carpaccio, Saffron Risotto and Polletto Alla Diavola – cooked on Il Baretto’s famed Josper grill.

A curated selection of refreshing drinks complements the new menu, including a citrus Amalfi lemon serve, Long Island and Limonata – available from SAR25. Il Baretto’s business lunch is served from 12:30 to 4pm, Sunday to Thursday. Reservations and walk-ins are welcome.
