Now, a fresh Dusit Al Ahsa resort has been announced. The Thai luxury resort will boast a whopping 120 rooms.

The resort’s masterplan has been inspired by the desert’s enduring beauty, the surrounding mountains, and the palm tree’s symbol of life and vitality.

Dusit International, a top Thai hotel group, is teaming up with Al Ghadeer Group to bring dusitD2 Al Ahsa to life, an upscale resort nestled in the stunning Al Ahsa Oasis, a UNESCO World Heritage Site right in the heart of the Arabian Peninsula.

The exact location of the property has not been revealed, but it has been announced that the resort will sit all pretty 30 minutes away from Al Ahsa International Airport and 90 minutes from Dammam. It is also set to be surrounded by lush palm trees and breathtaking mountain views.

No official opening date for the resort has been announced yet, but we do know that the property will open in 2027.
