COYA Dubai, renowned for its Peruvian cuisine inspired by Latin American culture, is excited to announce an update to their Luncheon Menu. Departing from the traditional sharing concepts, COYA Dubai’s Luncheon Menu presents guests with an À La Carte selection of individualistic dishes. Perfect for a midday break or a weekday catch-up, guests can enjoy a three-course meal for AED 140 from Monday to Friday, between 12:30 PM and 4:00 PM.

The experience begins with a choice of appetizers like the Chicory Salad, a refreshing combination of endive, pear, and bonito flakes tossed in a mustard and passion fruit dressing, or the Beef Gyoza, including pumpkin purée, truffle ponzu, and chives. For something richer, the Tartare of Wagyu Beef pairs tender beef with crisp quinoa crackers, while the Classic Sea Bream Ceviche delivers bright citrus and spice with crunchy plantain chips.

For mains, guests can choose to try the Mushroom Rice Hot Pot for a vegetarian alternative, while other options include the Chicken Sando, a crispy chicken sandwich layered with tamarind shallots, avocado, and string fries, the ‘Lomo Saltado’, wok-tossed bavette steak with smoked soy, avocado, and datterini tomatoes, and the Robata Grilled Sea Bream Fillet, wrapped in banana leaf and served with Peruvian escabeche, olives, paprika, and herb oil.

Finish with the Chocolate Trifle, a layered treat of chocolate mousse, praline, and coffee ice cream, or the Millefeuille, featuring delicate vanilla cream, hazelnut brittle, and a refreshing wild berries sorbet.

To elevate the experience further, guests may add a two-hour free-flow of Minuty Prestige for AED 140, or opt for a free-flow of COYA’s signature mocktails for AED 100, both available exclusively alongside the Luncheon Menu. The mocktails, also available individually for AED 45 each, include the Limonada de Verano, a refreshing mix of cucumber and lemon lifted with a hint of ginger beer. The Palomita is a zesty cooler with a touch of chili and COYA’s house-made chicha morada. For something fruit-forward and tropical, Purple Rain offers a bold blend of pineapple, passion fruit, lime, and the richness of chicha morada.

Nestled within the popular Restaurant Village at the Four Seasons Resort, COYA Dubai offers valet parking, seamless service, and stunning views of the Dubai skyline, promising an unforgettable dining escapade. Conveniently located for those in Jumeirah 1, 2, 3, and the Al Wasl area, COYA Dubai is the perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon escape.
