Aura Bakery & Café is inviting guests to begin the new year with comfort, flavour, and a touch of Italian elegance. On Thursday, 1 January 2026, the Jumeirah favourite will launch a one-day-only New Year’s Day Brunch, served from 10 AM to 6 PM, offering a generous selection of artisanal dishes perfect for a relaxed and indulgent start to the year.

Designed with Aura’s signature philosophy of modern Italian living, the brunch experience allows guests to curate their own meal by selecting one savoury dish, one dessert, and one drink, priced at AED 225. The savoury highlights include choices such as a bagel layered with smoked salmon, caviar, crème fraîche and orange pearls, a fried pizza topped with stracciatella, tomato sauce and tomato confit, and a double-baked croissant filled with eggplant, tomato jam, baked ricotta and rocket. Additional options feature an omelette prepared with Comté and porcini mushrooms, a tomato and burrata tart, an avocado slice tart finished with salsa tonnata and raw tuna, a zucchini and bell pepper frittata with tzatziki, pumpkin seeds, carrot and baby spinach salad, a comforting double potato dish with sausage, provola cheese, asparagus and leek hollandaise sauce, as well as classic favourites such as a Croque Madame with Comté, veal ham and double sourdough or a Caprese croissant filled with pesto, tomato and mozzarella.
A selection of desserts meticulously curated by Pastry Chef Manuel Balarini is also included, bringing a refined and artisanal touch designed to start the first day of the new year on a delightful and flavourful sweet note. Guests may choose from pastries such as pistachio tart, raspberry tart, Mont Blanc, Exotic Baba, Paris Brest or the seasonal Christmas Bauble.
