If romance for you means switching off and sinking into serious relaxation, Atlantis The Royal and Atlantis, The Palm have created indulgent spa journeys designed for couples who want to slow down and reconnect.

At Atlantis The Royal, couples can book a two-hour experience featuring a 24kt Golden Hour Massage using gold-infused oils and hot volcanic stones, followed by a Royal Gold Facial. The experience is topped off with sparkling non-alcoholic champagne, cake, flowers, and post-treatment refreshments, making it a full-blown Valentine’s escape.

Over at Atlantis, The Palm, the Valentine’s spa menu includes a three-hour Valentine’s Escape, complete with a rose petal bath, body scrub, signature massage, and radiance facial, as well as a shorter Sweet Love experience for those short on time but big on romance.

Atlantis Dubai is also turning Valentine’s Day into a full-scale celebration across its award-winning restaurants. Ossiano offers ultra-luxurious eight-course underwater dining experiences with bespoke packages that include premium champagne, gifts, flowers, and even personalized messages from divers.

Dinner by Heston Blumenthal brings its theatrical flair to the occasion with a special tasting menu inspired by historic European cuisine, while Nobu Dubai serves up a romantic omakase experience for both lunch and dinner. Brasserie Frantzén and La Mar by Gastón Acurio round out the offering with European and Peruvian menus paired with live entertainment and stunning settings.

InterContinental Dubai Festival City

When it comes to dining, Dubai’s top tables are pulling out all the stops. Pierre’s TT at InterContinental Dubai Festival City is hosting a one-night-only Valentine’s dinner that celebrates French culinary artistry at its most indulgent. The four-course menu features premium ingredients, including blue lobster, Wagyu beef, and black truffle, finishing with a Lovers’ Dessert designed to be shared. With live cello music and riverside views, it promises a night to remember.

For a sweet ending, Ines Chatti Patisserie introduces the Heart Framboiser, a beautifully crafted raspberry and vanilla dessert shaped exclusively for Valentine’s Day. Available in multiple sizes and paired with flowers for those wanting to go the extra mile, it is the perfect gift or finale to a romantic evening.

The festivities continue with Chinese New Year at the Michelin-starred Hakkasan Dubai, where guests are invited to welcome the Year of the Horse with a vibrant nine-course set menu inspired by tradition, symbolism, and prosperity.

The journey begins with creative starters designed to represent abundance and good fortune, followed by signature Peking duck, premium seafood, and indulgent mains rich in color and meaning. Dessert takes the form of the Golden Stallion, a playful tribute to the Year of the Horse, while guests can take part in a wishing ribbon ritual to mark new beginnings.

Signature cocktails and mocktails inspired by the spirit of the horse add to the experience, with a lively lion dance and DJ performance on the first day of celebrations setting the tone for a festive atmosphere.
