With Dubai’s outdoor dining season back in full swing, Park Hyatt Dubai is reopening its doors to Asado Nights, reintroducing the rich tradition of Argentine fire cooking with a modern update. More than a themed dinner, Asado Nights now blends food, culture, and creativity in one experience designed for diners who enjoy flavour, craftsmanship, and a thoughtful dining concept.
This year’s edition connects with two of Park Hyatt’s core pillars, Culinary Arts and Creative Arts, giving Asado Nights an identity that goes beyond the plate. It also returns under the global Masters of Food & Wine programme, which highlights the talent of Park Hyatt’s chefs, mixologists, and artisans worldwide.
A Modern Take on an Argentine Tradition

Asado Nights draws inspiration from the South American practice of gathering around the grill, but Chef Rodrigo adds a subtle, modern edge. The à la carte menu focuses on quality and technique, offering dishes that reflect Argentina’s food culture without turning the evening into a themed performance.
Expect classics such as empanadas and provoleta, alongside premium grass-fed Wagyu cuts like Ribeye, Picaña, and Entraña. Each dish is cooked over open flame, a core element of Asado Nights, bringing a distinct flavor that comes from wood, heat, and time. The menu also includes seafood options, salads, and signature sides, making the experience more inclusive for different preferences.
One of the guiding ideas behind the menu this year is the balance between heritage and relevance. Rather than replicating an Argentine backyard experience, Asado Nights introduces guests to the essence of the tradition in a way that matches the dining expectations of Dubai’s international crowd.
Where Culinary and Creative Arts Meet

A new factor added to Asado Nights this year is the creative collaboration with artist Hakim Idriss. His involvement is truly a visual identity. From the menu design to elements placed around the venue, the artwork offers a unified mood that joins the culinary journey without overpowering it.
A commissioned piece by Hakim will be displayed as part of the experience, acting as a symbol of the connection between food, craftsmanship, and creative expression. This creative integration sets Asado Nights apart from standard themed dining experiences in the city.
A Dining Experience with Purpose and Identity

Park Hyatt Dubai is not positioning Asado Nights as entertainment, nor as a one-off pop-up. The goal is consistency with meaning. There’s a clear intention: to create an evening that feels thoughtful, shaped by both craft and creativity. With the grill as the anchor and the visual elements as a supporting layer, Asado Nights offers a well-rounded concept that reflects Park Hyatt Dubai’s approach to hospitality, rooted in quality, expression, and the idea that dining can offer more when it’s designed with a point of view.
As it returns for the season, Asado Nights will be drawing both loyal guests and new diners looking for a dining experience that blends flavour with perspective.
