From Dubai’s Hidden Gem to Regional Star
When bkry opened in Al Quoz in June 2024, it quickly became one of Dubai’s most talked-about spots. Lines wrapped around the block, social media feeds filled with their signature croissants and chocolate slabs, and visitors came from across the UAE, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, even Al Ain, just to get a taste.

Cairo: The First International Chapter
The next stop for bkry’s journey is Cairo, where the brand is opening its first international Artisanal Bakespace in New Cairo’s Fifth Settlement at the Waterway Branded Residences. The city’s dynamic food culture and appreciation for craftsmanship made it the perfect fit.
Designed with the same industrial-chic aesthetic as its Dubai flagship, the Cairo location will blend transparency, comfort, and creativity. Guests can expect bkry classics alongside exclusive new items developed just for Egypt, inspired by local flavours and made with locally sourced ingredients.
Nad Al Sheba: Baking Closer to Home
Early 2026 will mark the opening of bkry’s next Dubai location at Nad Al Sheba Mall. This new Artisanal Bakespace will be all about community, offering hands-on baking and chocolate workshops for families, neighbours, and friends, as well as a dedicated delivery service for nearby residents.
The space, designed by Mula Design, will stay true to bkry’s sustainable ethos. Built using recycled materials such as DateCrete, it will feature a unique “floating bakery” concept where guests can see the craft in action, a reminder that beauty and responsibility can rise from the same dough.
Expanding the Craft
The growth doesn’t stop there. bkry has already announced new openings for 2026 in Abu Dhabi’s Equestrian Club in Galleria Alkhail, The Grove on Saadiyat Island, and Sharjah’s Thara district. Each location will reflect the brand’s Artisanal Bakespace spirit, combining sustainability, creativity, and connection through good food and shared experiences.
