If you’re looking for a new reason to plan a weekend outing in Dubai, Armani/Amal at the Armani Hotel Dubai just gave you one. The award-winning Indian fine-dining restaurant has launched its brand-new Weekend Lunch, inviting guests to unwind, share, and indulge in a vibrant spread of flavours that bring people together.
Starting October 10, the experience takes place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:30 pm to 3 pm, combining the warmth of Indian hospitality with the elegance of Armani Hotel Dubai’s signature style.
An Elevated Weekend Dining Experience

Priced at AED 260 per person, the weekend lunch is all about slowing down and enjoying a family-style meal where every dish tells a story. The menu takes guests on a culinary tour across India, from North to South, reimagined through Armani/Amal’s refined approach.
You’ll start with your pick of two crisp and colourful appetizers. The Raj Kachori is a burst of sweet yoghurt and tangy chutneys, while the Pani Poori Shots offer a playful twist on a street-food classic. There’s also the Perilla Leaf ki Chaat, which adds a Japanese touch with puffed rice and chutneys, or the hearty Punjabi Samosa Chaat, layered with chickpeas and spiced chutney.
From the Tandoor, with Love
The tandoor section celebrates the art of chargrill with a mix of seafood, meat, and vegetarian delicacies. Standouts include the Kothmir Jhinga, tiger prawns marinated in coriander and green chilli; Gosht Ki Pasillian, tender lamb chops with balsamic and pepper; and the Nawabi Chicken Tikka, infused with thyme and cheese.
Vegetarians aren’t left out either, the Laal Mirch Ka Paneer Tikka, stuffed with chilli and mango chutney, and Khatta Meetha Avocado, glazed with tamarind and chilli, make equally impressive choices.
The Heart of the Meal

Next comes your choice of main dish, a lineup that captures both comfort and sophistication. Highlights include Meen Moiley, Amal’s signature coastal fish stew in coconut and ginger; Murgh Makhni, the iconic butter chicken with creamy tomato sauce; Lamb Kolhapuri, rich and fiery with coconut and red chilli; and vegetarian favourites like Lauki Paneer Ka Kofta, soft dumplings filled with burrata and cashews, or Saag Meloni, a spinach-based mix of seasonal greens.
Every main is served with Daal Makhani, Cucumber Raita, Tandoori Breads, and Steamed Rice, making sure no plate is left incomplete.
Sweet Endings Done Right
Dessert at Armani/Amal is not just an afterthought, it’s a celebration. You can choose two from classics like Gulab Jamun, Saffron Rasmalai, Cardamom Kulfi, or Gajar Halwa. Each is crafted with the kind of detail that’s come to define Armani Hotel Dubai, offering a familiar sweetness wrapped in luxury.
For guests who prefer a lighter experience, a limited à la carte menu featuring select Armani/Amal favourites will also be available.
A Setting that Defines Sophistication
Perched on the third floor of the Armani Hotel Dubai inside the Burj Khalifa, Armani/Amal combines fine dining with one of the most beautiful views in the city. Overlooking Downtown Dubai and the Dubai Fountain, the restaurant provides a calm yet elegant backdrop, ideal for a long lunch with family or friends.
The ambiance mirrors Armani’s signature aesthetic: minimal, modern, and effortlessly stylish. It’s the kind of place where the food, setting, and service all come together to create a truly memorable afternoon.
