Together, they present a distinctive Afternoon Tea at The Savoy Lounge, where the artistry of hospitality meets BYREDO’s evocative approach to modern luxury. Known for transforming memories and emotions into sensorial experiences, BYREDO brings its contemporary universe to this seasonal ritual. Guests are invited to indulge in signature teas crafted especially for the occasion, blending the sophistication of Fairmont with BYREDO’s creative spirit.

Renowned as the social heart of the hotel, The Savoy Lounge provides the perfect setting for this seasonal offering, featuring elegant interiors, soft lighting, and a relaxed yet luxurious ambiance. Guests can enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu for the afternoon tea by BYREDO of classic favourites reimagined for the occasion. Savoury highlights include Beet Rose, Tomato & Prawn Soul, and Smoked Salmon Whisper, while sweet creations feature Vanilla Crème Brûlée with Fresh Basil, Strawberry Mousse with Violet & Jasmine Tea, and Lemon Saffron Macaron.
The Afternoon Tea by BYREDO is further elevated with a curated selection of BYREDO teas, each crafted in France from 100% natural, consciously sourced ingredients. Starry Night offers a comforting, honeyed blend of chamomile, figs, almonds, and Cyclopia; Kaleidoscope delivers a lively infusion of apple, citrus, verbena, and holy basil; and Aurora provides a rich mix of amber, cinnamon, caramel, and vanilla, bringing subtle warmth and depth. Together, they create a truly multi-sensory journey that captures the essence of BYREDO’s refined artistry.
Enhancing the experience, each Afternoon Tea by BYREDO includes a gift set featuring BYREDO’s most-loved scents, presented in the brand’s signature packaging.
