ANAS AL SULAYYIM Chef Anas Al Sulayyim was not always fond of cooking; the only dish he ever cooked was instant noodles, and that too burnt. In 2012, while he was taking an English language course at Alhokair

High Institute, their culinary course fell on his plate, so to speak, and he decided to give it a whirl. Ultimately, Chef Anas found his love for cooking and majored in the diploma of food and drink development from Alhokair High Institute. He was hired at Four Seasons Riyadh at the age of 23 and has won the Saudi Excellence Award for Tourism Award for Best Young Chef. Chef Anas also participated in Top Chef Middle East- Season 3, where he performed remarkably.
