The capital has no shortage of cafés. From home-grown fun concepts like Half-Million and Noug where only camel milk products are served, to internationally recognized brands like Laudree, there is something for everyone.
Now Café Kitsuné has brought its fusion cuisine to the capital. The chic space has opened its doors to the 27th location worldwide and first one in the Kingdom.
From full-bodied brews to juices, the café is ideal for catch-ups with large groups with diverse diets.
Ready to sample the menu? Here is everything to know about the Japanese-French fusion spot.
Café Kitsuné
The very first location opened in Tokyo in 2013 and has since then expanded to 26 locations worldwide, including in Paris, New York City, London, Vancouver, and Shanghai.
Part of the lifestyle brand Maison Kitsuné’s umbrella, the café’s Riyadh version offers both indoor and outdoor areas, an open coffee bar (yes, really), a complete dessert display, and monogrammed everything.
The Japanese word kitsune, which means “fox,” is where the name Kitsuné originates. As the fox is believed in Japan to be able to adapt its look and expression to suit any given circumstance, Cafe Kitsuné strives to do the same in all of its global locations.
