Spanning 2,000 square meters, Bâoli Dubai will be one of the city’s largest and most diverse venues, offering a blend of fine dining, vibrant entertainment, and stunning design. The venue includes various themed spaces such as the Pool & Beach, the petal-shaped Sun Deck, the Sunset Lounge, the indoor/outdoor Restaurant, and the exclusive Moon Room speakeasy.

Bâoli Dubai offers a unique dining experience with a menu blending Coastal Mediterranean and East Asian flavors at the main restaurant. Led by Executive Chefs Omar Basiony and Sylvain Noel, the menu features shareable dishes inspired by the South of France, including premium sashimi, creative handrolls, robata-grilled seafood, meats, and vegetarian options, plus indulgent desserts like strawberry cheesecake kakigori and sesame chocolate fondant.
Additionally, Bâoli Dubai focuses on sustainability by sourcing organic, responsibly grown ingredients from around the world and locally, working with UAE-based partners like Pure Harvest and Below Farms. The menu features high-quality ingredients such as Mediterranean bluefin tuna, Australian pasture-raised lamb, and fresh wild-caught fish, while the venue also follows eco-friendly practices like waste reduction. In an exclusive collaboration, Prada will showcase its latest collections in two retail spaces at Bâoli Dubai. One is a 50-square-meter shop at the entrance, and the other, a larger 80-square-meter space, is located in the lush gardens. These boutiques offer an elevated shopping experience for Dubai’s elite, complementing Bâoli’s luxury ambiance.
