Here’s a list of beach essentials that are a must-have for a joyful day at the beach.
Sunscreen:
Using sunscreen products decreases the chances of sunburn and can prevent skin cancer or malignant melanoma. If you’re going to be outside for a prolonged period of time, experts recommend an SPF 30 minimum.
Umbrella:
An umbrella is a perfect way to keep yourself from enduring all that harsh sunlight.
Water
Keep yourself hydrated, always.
Baby Powder
Keep a jug of water in the trunk so you can wash off those sandy feet before you enter the car, or, you can actually just use baby powder. Just wipe the powder on your sandy feet and the sand magically falls off.
Snacks
Pack light and non-salty snacks in individual sealable snack or sandwich bags. Prepare the night before by chopping fresh vegetables, like carrot slices. Non-buttered popcorn, unsalted pretzels, crackers, and raisins can be enjoyed as a small snack mix as well.
