Karak is one of the best kinds of teas out there, perfect in the winter but no less delicious in any other weather.
You will need:
- Black tea
- Cardamom (and additional spices if you prefer)
Boil a cup of water with a teaspoon of black tea and between 2 to 4 cardamom pods (crushed or whole), as you prefer. Let it come to a full boil, then remove from heat and allow to steep for at least five minutes. Put it back on the heat, add sugar and milk to taste and let it heat up thoroughly before pouring out through a strainer and enjoying.
