This is a list of countries that the Saudi Government has allowed it’s resident to travel. My advice you should ask the authorities before traveling.
It’s not like that, you can travel almost everywhere if you have the right visa from their embassies, apart of these on the above list.
Singapore , Thailand and Japan not included in the visa free countries for Saudi Arabia

Not a Saudi, but so far as I know Saudi Arabia does not have an embassy in Thailand and Israel, and as such though there is unilateral acceptance on the host country’s side, Saudi immigration’s position is ‘each man unto himself.’ Meaning, if you wish to go there, do at your own peril. We will not be responsible for your wellbeing. I think that’s enough of a deterrent for anyone. Also, count this as choice D). 😉

Saudi get 3month visa free to mauritius… where as they give us 15 days visa for 2000 saudi riyal… what an unfair justice…

The telegraph had an article our in March 2017 that 69 countries can be visited by Saudis without applying for a visa . Other countries due require Saudis to submit an application ( online/ physical ). I remember Canada & Switzerland were +170 countries , China & India are like 50-52 countries only
